My name is Colin Ruxton. I am a long term resident of the Wembley area in northern Alberta. I began my interest in photography at a young age and have had some sort of camera most of my life. I am self taught and continue to perfect my technique daily. Nature and landscape photography are my preferred subjects although I will occaisionlly  try other subjects. My two favourite places to take photos are Cuba and Monkman Provincial Park near Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia where I continue to explore new areas of spectacular scenery on a regular basis.
